Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or supply chain required.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred or willingness to pursue.
• Experience in demand management with demonstrated success.
• High level of communication to align functions for accurate forecasting.
• SLT exposure is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the demand process within aerospace manufacturing.
• Create forecasts for LRU’s and services based on data analysis.
• Lead monthly Demand Consensus Meetings.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure forecast alignment.
• Monitor demand patterns and identify risks and opportunities.
