Faculty is looking for a Customer Director for Aerospace in Defence to act as a trusted partner for MOD, RAF and Industry clients, driving AI deployments in civil, military, and space domains. You will own client relationships, shape commercial strategy and oversee multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

The role requires navigating defence procurement, building long-term partnerships and scaling opportunities across UK and beyond, with on-site days and UK-wide travel as needed.

Formación

• Expertise in Aerospace/Defence/Space sectors.
• Proven track record translating AI concepts for senior leaders.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic accounts across UK MOD and Industry for AI applications.
• Cultivate deep, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Design transformation programmes integrating AI into mission-critical capabilities.
• Oversee delivery across cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers and delivery leads.
• Develop commercial strategies and proposals to grow Aerospace and Space work in the UK and internationally.
• Mentor and develop a growing team of commercial and delivery professionals.
