Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a senior Defence Sales Lead to own the UK defence and national security commercial agenda.

You will manage relationships across MOD, Defence Digital, UK Strategic Command, DE&S, and Dstl, and drive pipeline from initial conversations through contract and delivery. You will leverage a proven track record in defence or public sector sales, navigate complex procurement rules, and build a small high-performance team as the workload grows.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into UK defence or national security environments.
• Understanding of defence procurement frameworks and buying processes.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits.
• Proven track record of building and leading client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own our commercial plan and pipeline for UK defence and security.
• Find, shape, and close deals from first conversation to contract.
• Leverage existing MOD and security relationships to win work.
• Navigate defence security clearances and compliance requirements.
• Lead and grow a small commercial team over time.
