Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Customer Service leader to guide the CS team across Titchfield and South Molton, owning customer relationships and ensuring delivery commitments. The role requires hands-on coaching, strong cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to aerospace export controls.

You will drive service strategies, manage escalations, and partner with SIOP to align forecasts with customer needs. Experience in a multinational aerospace context is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8–10 years in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage diverse teams.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry and export controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service team across Titchfield and South Molton sites.
• Senior point of escalation for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support SIOP with direct customer feedback and tool backlogs.
• Ensure compliance with export controls, ITAR, and related procedures.
