Job summary

Eaton’s Aerospace Group, Fuel and Motion Control Systems Division, seeks an Aftermarket Business Manager for the UK sites in Titchfield and Bedhampton. You will lead aftermarket growth initiatives, manage complex programs, and coordinate across IPTs to align with division strategies while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role is offered as remote within the country or at the Titchfield/Bedhampton sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years in aerospace program management, aftermarket, engineering, or NPD.
• PMI PMP accreditation preferred; proficient in PM methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead major aftermarket strategic initiatives and deployment of new business opportunities.
• Own and monitor program performance including cost/schedule/scope constraints.
• Coordinate IPTs across groups and sites to deliver improvements and actions.
