Qualifications

• Minimum Level 4 (HNC) in a related subject with some practical industry experience.
• Solid knowledge of composite materials engineering and processing methods.
• Awareness of continuous improvement and Lean management.
• Proactive with regard to new developments and expertise required.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork; able to interface with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate internal/external customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production by test and audit to ensure robust process control.
• Support delivery of robust, repeatable, and reliable manufacturing processes.
• Compile reports for the defined area under guidance of senior staff.
• Prepare process control documentation, e.g. LTI or process specifications.
• Collaborate to improve and develop process control schedules.
