Job summary

Talentmark Limited is recruiting a Laboratory Technician for a materials manufacturing company based in Wrexham on a permanent basis. The role is shift-based, 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday, with probation hours 8:30–16:30.

You will perform composite/adhesive panel fabrication, machining and destructive testing, maintain records, manage project documentation, and uphold laboratory housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Practical hands-on experience with machining equipment and composite fabrication.
• Knowledge of data acquisition software and ERP/LIMS systems.
• HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant science or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Composite/adhesive panel fabrication, machining and destructive testing of composite specimens.
• Maintain accurate records of all work and manage project documentation to auditable standards.
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping in the laboratory and support all functions and stakeholders.
