Job summary

Teledyne CML Composites, based in Bromborough, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement new products and improvements for aerospace composites. The role combines office and shopfloor work to maximise production effectiveness and customer service in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in aerospace/composites, can lead projects and collaborate across functions, and is self-motivated to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with composite materials and manufacturing processes is essential.
• Experience in aerospace or other regulated engineering environments is essential.
• Degree or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing methods and tooling philosophies for composite components.
• Prepare process plans, labor breakdowns, BOMs, and tooling solutions for estimates and bids.
• Create and maintain work instructions, shop orders, and BOMs.
• Lead and support resolution of day-to-day production issues.
