Job summary

You will develop methods for composite components, manage production processes, and engage in continuous improvement projects. Candidates should have experience in composite materials and aerospace environments, along with effective communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience with composite materials and manufacturing processes is essential.
• Experience in aerospace or regulated engineering environment is essential.
• Degree/HNC in engineering is desirable.
• Experience with continuous improvement techniques is desirable.
• Must be computer literate, proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing methods and tooling for composite components.
• Compile process plans and bill of materials for estimates.
• Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions.
• Support NPI programmes and resolve production issues.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.

Skills

Experience with composite materials and manufacturing processes

Experience in aerospace or other regulated engineering environment

Computer literate (MS Office proficient)
