Job summary

We seek a Laminating Technician with at least 2 years' experience to read engineering drawings, follow instructions, and document processes while collaborating with manufacturing engineering on standard work and continuous improvement in trimming and assembly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in laminating across a broad range of products.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Support development of standard work instructions and participate in DFMA workshops.
• Identify and support continuous improvement in trimming and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Laminating components to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Follow laminating instructions and document process steps.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering on standard work and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in trimming and assembly.
