Job summary

Teledyne CML Composites in Bromborough is seeking an Assembly Fitter to produce composite aerospace assemblies using hand and machine tools. You will join an established team and receive direct 1-2-1 training to develop your fitting methods while following strict processes.

The role demands meticulous work, adherence to schedules, and cleanliness of the work area. Training is provided, and the company offers a range of benefits including pension contributions, life cover, and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Time served Assembly Manufacturing is essential.
• Experience using hand and automated assembly tools is required.
• Experience using and/or mixing resins is desirable but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacture of Composite Aerospace parts within the Assembly area, alongside skilled and experienced fitters that will assist with your training
• Work towards completion of all jobs within the specified time scales
• Develop fitter methodologies to enable greater flexibility across all Assembly area products
• Ensuring cleanliness, organisation and maintenance of own work area and wider assembly area
