Job summary

Teledyne CML Composites is seeking an Assembly Fitter to join the Assembly department and produce composite aerospace parts using hand and machine tools. Training will be provided to successful applicants with a time-served assembly background.

You will work with an experienced team to meet tight schedules, develop fitter methodologies, and maintain a clean and organized work area in a fast-growing manufacturing environment in the Bromborough region.

Qualifications

• Time served in assembly manufacturing is essential.
• Experience using hand and automated assembly tools is required.
• Experience with resin mixing is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacture of composite aerospace parts within the Assembly area, alongside skilled fitters.
• Work towards completion of all jobs within the specified time scales.
• Develop fitter methodologies to enable greater flexibility across all Assembly area products.
• Ensure cleanliness, organisation and maintenance of own work area and wider assembly area.

Working with an established team within the Assembly department, high levels of attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow processes and procedures are essential. Although we are looking for experienced assembly fitters, training will be provided to the successful applicant.
