Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking an experienced CNC Turner - Setter/Programmer to join an aerospace precision engineering team, producing low-volume batch parts with Mazak and Fanuc controls. You will set, program online, prove out, and operate CNC lathes to meet tight tolerances on exotic materials.

Applicants should have proven experience in a high-precision, low-volume environment, the ability to interpret complex drawings, and familiarity with Mazatrol/Mazak Integrex is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner in a high-precision, low-volume environment.
• Ability to work from complex technical drawings with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Mazak Integrex machines is a distinct advantage.
• Familiarity with Mazatrol and Fanuc control systems is beneficial.
• Aerospace machining experience and live tooling exposure are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set, prove out and operate CNC lathes using Mazak and Fanuc controls.
• Interpret complex drawings to develop machining strategies.
• Machine low-volume, high-precision aerospace parts from exotic materials.
• Ensure tight tolerances and quality standards are met.
• Carry out basic inspection to verify component conformity.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
