Qualifications

• Significant experience in capacity planning and multi-site production planning.
• Ability to translate demand into capacity models across sites.
• Understanding of discrete manufacturing constraints, CNC machining and inspection.
• Distinguish technical capability from capacity and identify gaps.
• Experience with scenario planning and load balancing.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong data management and data standards.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a network-wide view of capacity across sites and shifts.
• Translate demand into capacity requirements by process and geography.
• Assess manufacturing capability against equipment, tolerances and inspections.
• Provide lead-time and capacity information to Quoting and Order Management.
• Recommend facility allocation and load-balancing decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Production Planners and Supply Chain Leads to validate schedules.
• Maintain data in MasonOS and planning systems and monitor utilization and lead times.
