Job summary

FDH Aero is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and manage end-to-end sales for assigned accounts in the territory. You will build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored FDH Electronics solutions to meet those needs.

The role requires traveling within the region, presenting strategic plans, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus 3+ years field sales experience in the Military Electronics Industry.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
• Experience preparing comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (QBR), presenting strategic plans and steps to grow sales and improve customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities; IT fluent.
• Ability to travel extensively in the Region.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales process within assigned accounts in the territory; drive revenue and growth.
• Manage accounts by qualifying needs, recommending FDH solutions, and coordinating quotes with ISRs.
• Achieve the annual sales quota for assigned accounts.
• Establish new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones to develop additional business.
• Promote sales through negotiation of product packages and technical support.
• Monitor profitability and update rolling forecasts monthly.
• Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Plan regular client visits, meetings, and quarterly reviews to foster growth.
