Parker Meggitt at Ansty Park, Coventry, is seeking a quality-focused Bench Hand to deburr and hand-finish precision components for aerospace braking systems. You will work from engineering drawings, use hand tools, and maintain cleanliness and safety to meet stringent quality standards.

The role is a permanent day-shift position with opportunities for career progression and a strong benefits package including pension, parking, and staff perks.

Competenze

• Experience in manufacturing or precision bench-work.
• Ability to use hand-finishing tools such as scrapers, files, abrasive stones and brushes.
• Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail on small components.
• Aerospace experience is preferred, automotive or precision manufacturing also considered.

Mansioni

• Deburr and hand-finish precision-machined components using approved hand tools.
• Inspect components to ensure removal of burrs and sharp edges.
• Work to drawings, work instructions, route cards and QA requirements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and FOD control.
• Ensure components meet aerospace quality standards for downstream assembly.
