Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect specialising in Adobe Experience Platform to lead our Martech vision. You’ll be the technical authority across Adobe platforms, shaping architecture and delivering scalable solutions that power personalised journeys.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and business stakeholders to design future-proof, cloud-native solutions and guide real-time activation across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Solutions Architect or Technical Lead in complex digital environments.
• Deep Adobe Experience Platform expertise including RTCDP, Journey Optimiser, Target and Launch.
• Experience designing distributed, cloud-native systems with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on with Azure or AWS and strong ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions across Adobe Experience Platform for personalised omnichannel experiences.
• Oversee real-time data flows and activation, segmentation and journey orchestration.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy and data governance requirements.
• Deliver high level estimations to guide prioritisation and sequencing.
• Provide platform expertise to support engineering during design, build and optimisation.
• Advise the business on capabilities, constraints and opportunities within the Adobe ecosystem.
• Contribute to Martech strategy, roadmaps and implementation plans with product and engineering teams.
• Promote best practices and scalable use of the Adobe platforms.
