Nuffield Health is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead the replatforming of its website onto Adobe Experience Manager. You will translate vision into a customer-focused product roadmap and prioritised backlog, balancing experience quality with delivery timelines and business value.

The role sits in a hybrid London setting, with a fixed-term contract through end of 2027 and a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager for complex, high-traffic websites.
• Prior experience with Adobe CX enterprise products, especially AEM, Target and Analytics.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and SCRUM/KANBAN, Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives into measurable product outcomes, roadmap priorities and delivery goals.
• Own and refine the product roadmap and backlog, balancing value, risk and deps.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and maintain focus on outcomes over output.
