Job summary

Elexon in London is seeking a Senior Digital Experience Manager to lead the website and online services transition. You will unite multidisciplinary teams, shape the digital experience strategy, and ensure accessibility and usability across the customer journey.

This is a major transformation role requiring proven delivery of large website changes, strong stakeholder influence, CMS knowledge, and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a major website or online services transformation from planning through to implementation.
• Experience managing platform migrations, supplier transitions and complex digital change.
• Senior digital experience, digital product or digital services leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in UX/UI, user-centred design and digital customer journeys.
• Experience developing and delivering digital strategies and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Digital strategy and transformation: Lead website and online services transformation, overseeing transitions from existing platforms and suppliers.
• Develop and deliver the digital experience strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to connect and improve digital services across the entire customer journey.
