Nuffield Health is undertaking a major website replatforming project, migrating to Adobe Experience Manager. You will turn programme vision into a clear product strategy, deliver an outcome-led roadmap and a prioritised backlog.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager for complex, high-traffic websites.
• Experience with Adobe CX enterprise products (AEM, Target, Analytics).
• Good knowledge of SEO and GEO landscape and what drives rankings.
• Interest in AI and how it can improve ways of working.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Translate programme objectives into measurable product outcomes, roadmap priorities and delivery goals.
• Define success measures for each product outcome across multiple domains.
• Own and refine the product roadmap and backlog, prioritising by value, risk and dependencies.
• Make scope decisions balancing experience quality, timing, value and technical debt.
• Set minimum experience and quality thresholds to protect accessibility and security.
• Facilitate sprint planning, refinement and reviews focusing on outcomes.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and ensure measurable value from investments.
