Department: Quilter Adviser Support – The Advice Hub
Location: Southampton, UK (hybrid or remote)
Contract: Permanent
Your responsibilities include preparing client reviews, processing new business, handling compliance and provider documentation, obtaining fund values, and analyzing client data. You will maintain the advisers' pipeline, support clients via email, and manage your workload effectively, ensuring clear communication with advisers.
Ideal candidates will have some experience in financial services. Working towards a Level 4 Diploma is advantageous but not essential. You should have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills (written and telephone), and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proactivity and problem-solving skills are essential to thrive in this dynamic environment.
