Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central Support Consultant – £45k

Pearson Carter is currently working with a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central Diamond Partner based in Surrey. They are seeking a NAV/D365 Business Central Support Consultant with strong experience in NAV and D365 Business Central.

The role offers an excellent salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience, along with benefits and opportunities for progression and training.

Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering 1st and 2nd line support to customers.
  2. Working with NAV/D365 Business Central.
  3. Managing ticketing system/help desk environment.
  4. Communicating effectively with the project team.
  5. Finding the best possible solutions.
  6. Supporting projects.

Experience Required:

  • Must have experience with NAV and D365 Business Central.
  • Experience working for a Microsoft Partner.
  • Experience delivering 1st and 2nd line support.

The salary package is up to £45,000, depending on experience, with additional benefits.

Location:

The client has an office in Surrey; however, this is a remote role.

UK citizens, Dependent Visa holders, or ILR candidates only – no sponsorship or other visas considered.
