Job summary

James & Partners Talent, recruiting for an entrepreneurial international wealth management group, seeks a Sales & Revenue Director to own adviser recruitment, development and performance within a growing business.

You will work with the Board, shape the commercial function, and stay closely involved in decisions and activity that drive growth; experience in smaller or owner-managed advisory firms is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience managing financial advisers or regulated revenue producers.
• Proven track record recruiting experienced advisers and helping them become productive.
• Coaching, training and improving adviser performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead adviser recruitment and onboarding for about 50% of the role.
• Direct responsibility for adviser performance management for ~20 advisers, growing to ~30.
• Provide practical input to improve the group’s proposition based on adviser and client needs.
