Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a Supervisor to join the Adviser Skills and Competence team in London. You will oversee advisers' competency under SMCR, conducting observations, coaching, and data analysis to support development and risk management.

You will build strong relationships with line managers and stakeholders, provide expert guidance on performance trends, and ensure regulatory requirements are met across the national network. This is a full-time, on-site role based in London.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising advisers under SMCR.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Solid understanding of FCA Handbook guidance and regulatory environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee adviser competency under SMCR and coordinate observations, 1:1s, coaching and feedback.
• Analyse MI/Data to identify trends and root causes, escalating risks as needed.
• Collaborate with line managers to create development plans and measure improvements.
• Provide expert guidance to panels, projects and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of supervision activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
