Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Client Services Associate to enhance the client-adviser relationship with timely, high-standard responses and proactive client contact. You will support Personal Wealth Advisers, manage diaries, and maintain confidential client records while ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

This involves timely and high-standard responses to requests, pro-active client contact to build strong relationships and contributing significantly to client satisfaction and adherence to the company’s values and behaviours. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Client Services Associate will be responsible for understanding how we can help our existing and potential clients, championing best in class client service, alongside accurate, organised, collaborative delivery of required relationship focused tasks.Key Responsibilities :Ensure every action we take benefits our clients, putting them first to provide the best possible experience, challenging ourselves to think differently and lead the way in finding new ways to help our clients.Proactively contact clients to understand their needs, provide support and develop strong relationships.Engage prospect clients, positioning the Lloyds Wealth value proposition and supporting client into the advice journey.Build rapport quickly and feel comfortable conversing easily and professionally with clients and colleagues.Support clients and advisers with their goals and objectives .Handle client inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring a high level of service.Maintain client records with accuracy and confidentiality.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.Assist Personal Wealth Advisers through diary management and developing strong client relationships.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the disposition to adopt and adapt to change quickly.Contribute to individual and team objectives and will be given the support to be able to invest in improving your personal performance by growing your own skills and capabilitiesThis role is covered by a Training and Competence SchemeSkills Required :Strong communication skills: Ability to articulate information in a clear and understandable manner.Client centricity: A proactive approach to anticipating and addressing client needs.Attention to detail: Precision in handling client data and financial documents.Problem-solving abilities: Capacity to address and resolve client issues effectively.Time management: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing client needs and industry trends.Teamwork: Collaborative spirit to work with various departments and contribute to team objectives .We understand not everyone will meet 100% of the requirements, however we encourage you to apply if you think your skills are a good fit for this role.This job vacancy may close earlier than the advertised date if a suitable candidate is found.
