OpCo Lloyds Wealth Management Limited is seeking a Client Services Associate in the United Kingdom to enhance the client-adviser relationship through proactive support and accurate, organised delivery of relationship-focused tasks.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, championing best-in-class service, maintaining confidential client records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while collaborating with advisers and teams.

To enhance the client-adviser relationship by providing proactive support to both clients and Personal Wealth Advisers. This involves timely and high-standard responses to requests, pro-active client contact to build strong relationships and contributing significantly to client satisfaction and adherence to the company’s values and behaviours. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Client Services Associate will be responsible for understanding how we can help our existing and potential clients, championing best in class client service, alongside accurate, organised, collaborative delivery of required relationship focused tasks.
This role is covered by a Training and Competence Scheme
