Location: Cardiff Bay (hybrid: Mon-Wed-Thurs in the office, Tue-Fri WFH)

Salary:Negotiable (dependent on experience)

Your role

You’ll support the Account Managers across a variety of accounts, working closely with clients and our creative team to deliver integrated communications across digital, print, outdoor and social. You’ll be central to making things happen, delivering work on time and aligned to client goals.

• Project management experience: confidence in juggling multiple tasks, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Clear communication: proactive approach to managing relationships, updating clients and managers on the status of projects, and ensuring activity is delivered as planned.

• Passion for positive impact: a genuine enthusiasm for positive change campaigns, with a drive to make a difference.

•Great proofing skills: strong attention to detail when liaising with our in-house design team and reviewing creative outputs for accuracy and effectiveness.

You’ll be:

• A strong communicator: able to build trusted relationships with clients and partners.

• A problem solver: quick to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.

• Detail-focused: ensuring all your work meets the highest standards, in line with the brief.
