Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As an Adventure Host, you will be the face of adventure in the manor house and operate the adventure desk on a daily basis to ensure there is always a presence to assist guests with their every need. You will have a passion for guest services and take great satisfaction in creating memorable experiences for our members and hotel guests. Diverse, outgoing, and welcoming, you will have an inherent desire to create unique and incredible experiences for both our hotel guests and our members; we work hard, get stuck in and have fun. You will be comfortable to assist in any way necessary to help with the day to day running of the adventure team, which may range from hosting in the adventure lodge to delivering Little Land Rover experiences when required.

Who we are looking for

• You will ideally have experience within a sales or guest services position.
• A team orientated, positive, driven, organised and solution focused host.
• Experience in maximising revenues through effective booking and upselling of experiences.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

This role is made up of a base salary of £14.38 per hour, plus inclusion in our service charge scheme.
