Job summary

Camp Beaumont Group Limited is seeking a proactive Group Leader to help run our multi-activity day camps for children aged 3–14. You will lead and support a range of activities, from sports to arts and crafts, ensuring every child feels safe, included and excited about the day ahead.

We value energetic, enthusiastic team players with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children.

Qualifications

• Bags of energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The confidence to lead activities and engage groups of children.

• Willingness to get involved and support safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging activities for children aged 3–14.
• Create a fun, energetic and inclusive environment.
• Supervise children throughout the day and ensure safety.
• Support the Head Group Leader and camp operations.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
• Encourage children to try new activities and make friends.
