Camp Beaumont Group Limited invites applications for a Group Leader to help run our holiday camps in London. You will lead a range of activities for children aged 3–14, ensuring safety, engagement and enjoyment throughout the day.
You will work with an activity team, support the Head Group Leader, follow safeguarding procedures and build positive relationships with children, parents and staff. The role offers competitive hourly pay and holiday pay as part of a busy school-holiday schedule.

As a Group Leader at Camp Beaumont, you’ll play a key role in creating fun, engaging and unforgettable experiences for children aged 3 -14.
Working as part of our activity team, you’ll help deliver our award-winning multi-activity day camps, ensuring children are safe, supported and having an amazing time throughout their day.
You’ll be responsible for leading and supporting a range of activities, which could include archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, arts and crafts and much more.

As a Group Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the camp experience. Keeping children active, engaged and having fun while making sure they feel safe, included and supported throughout the day.

We offer competitive rates of pay, with Group Leader rates ranging from £10.85 - £12.71 per hour, depending on age and experience.
Hourly rate is age dependent and includes holiday pay.
