Outwood Academy Freeston is seeking an Advanced Teaching Assistant with Emotional Literacy Support (ELSA) responsibilities to deliver targeted interventions and high‑quality learning activities to individuals and small groups, both on‑site and online.

The successful candidate will monitor progress, implement statutory development plans, and support pupils with SEND, EAL, and gifted/talented status; previous ELSA training or willingness to train is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group Emotional Literacy Support (ELSA)
• Support the class teacher and contribute to learning activities
• Demonstrate strong personal organisation, initiative, enthusiasm and a nurturing approach
• Be flexible, adaptable and a strong team player
• Monitor progress and help implement statutory development plans
