Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to support children with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) across the school.
• Able to deliver planned activities with individuals and small groups.
• Experience working in a school setting or with children is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high‑quality teaching and learning in classroom and outdoor settings.
• Undertake observations and assessments, giving regular feedback on progress.
• Provide planned individual and small group ELSA sessions for SEMH needs.
• Support children to recognise and manage emotions and build positive relationships.
• Attend meetings and training as required, including supervision for ELSA.
