Job summary

Bell Farm Primary School in Walton-on-Thames is seeking an Advanced Teaching Assistant to join our inclusion team. You will deliver targeted learning support, monitor interventions and contribute to pupil progress assessments under the guidance of teaching staff.

The role requires a minimum of 3 GCSEs including English and Maths, plus a Level 2 qualification or equivalent practical experience. You will work closely with the SENCo, staff and parents to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.

Qualifications

• GCSEs: minimum 3 at grade C or above, including English and Maths.
• Relevant Level 2 qualification or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, monitor and evaluate intervention groups.
• Support SENCo coordinating provision for children with SEN.
• Provide evidence of pupil progress to teachers and SENCo.
• Plan and organise learning activities and resources under guidance.
• Promote wellbeing and personal development of pupils.
