Community Integrated Care is recruiting Advanced Support Workers for a new supported living scheme in Worcester. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, helping them lead fulfilling lives in a safe, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Empathy, patience, and compassionate communication with people with complex needs.
• Experience applying Positive Behavioural Support to wellbeing.
• Ability to mentor peers and support teams to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live their best life.
• Help residents transition to new homes in a purpose-built supported living scheme.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to advance skills and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and forensic background. If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care.

You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.
