Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking an Advanced Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Peterhead/Mintlaw, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism with complex needs. This part-time role covers 32 hours weekly with 3.30pm-11pm, sleepovers, and 7am-3.30pm shifts, based in one location.

You will deliver person-centred care, promote independence and wellbeing, and require SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Demonstrated ability to provide person-centred support.
• Flexible, reliable and motivated to progress in social care.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support, promoting choice, independence and wellbeing.
• Support 24/7 needs with 2:1 daytime staffing and potential night shifts.
• Engage in activities to promote inclusion and community participation.
