You will follow personalised support plans and help residents live as independently as possible, with duties mapped to 24-hour shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Experience delivering person-centred support with patience and empathy.
• Ability to follow support plans and care routines accurately.
