Job summary

Lloyd's Register International is seeking Advanced Support Workers to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs in a brand new service in Mintlaw. You will work 32 or 40 hours per week, with shifts across day, evening, and night, following individual support plans.

Driving license is beneficial but not essential. Candidates should have experience with adults with learning disabilities and be able to follow plans, maintain routine, and promote independence through

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
• Support daily living activities and social engagement as directed by individual plans.
• Follow staff schedules and maintain consistency as individuals settle in their new homes.
