Community Integrated Care is recruiting an Advanced Support Worker to join our team. You will support three individuals in day-to-day living with person-centred care, personal care, medication administration and home management.

Working closely with the Service Leader and Advanced Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.
Our Shifts: 8am - 3pm | 3pm - 10pm | 8am - 10pm | 10pm - 8am (sleepover) | 8pm – 8am (Waking Nights)
Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for days and sleepovers
Contract: 37.5 hour permanent contract
UK Driving License Required?: Yes (to drive house vehicles)
