Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
We are Griffin Lodge, located in Heald Green, close to Stockport and Manchester. It’s a residential care home with 12 residents, each with their own room and en-suite bathroom, sharing a communal living area. Our residents are 9 men and 3 women, aged between 20-50, each with personalized support plans to ensure person-centered care.
The home is conveniently located near motorways, Manchester Airport, bus routes, and a train station within walking distance. There are nearby amenities and green spaces.
We have 10-12 support workers on site during the day and 4-5 at night, with around 45 colleagues employed here. We currently have a full-time vacancy for day shifts.
Prior experience in care is required, and a Level 3 in Social Care is desirable. We welcome applicants with various backgrounds, skills, and experiences, and will provide the necessary support to help you succeed!
