Job summary

Leaders in Care is partnering with an Adult Community Social Work Team in Beeston to recruit an Advanced Social Work Practitioner. You will lead complex cases, guide junior staff and contribute to service development in a compassionate, person-centred way.

The post requires a recognised Social Work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and a proactive, reflective leadership style to improve outcomes for adults and their families.

Qualifications

• A recognised Social Work qualification.
• Current Social Work England registration.
• Car driver with access to a vehicle essential.
• AMHP/BIA qualification desirable but not essential.
• Significant post-qualified experience within Adult Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Leading and inspiring colleagues to deliver high-quality, strengths-based Adult Social Care
• Supporting the development and implementation of innovative all-age working practices
• Providing expert guidance, reflective support and mentoring to less experienced Social Workers
• Managing and supporting complex adult social care cases across a range of needs and circumstances
• Completing robust assessments, reviews, care and support plans tailored to individual needs
