Job summary

Leaders in Care is partnering with an Adult Community Social Work Team in Beeston to recruit an Advanced Social Work Practitioner. You will lead complex cases, guide junior staff and contribute to service development in a compassionate, person-centred way.

The post requires a recognised Social Work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and a proactive, reflective leadership style to improve outcomes for adults and their families.

• Car driver with access to a vehicle essential.
• AMHP/BIA qualification desirable but not essential.
• Significant post-qualified experience within Adult Social Care.

The role

As an Advanced Social Work Practitioner, you'll combine complex casework with practice leadership responsibilities. You'll support the Team Manager to maintain high standards of social work practice, contribute to service development and help embed new ways of working across the team.
