You will provide supervision to Community Care Officers, assess needs, coordinate outcomes, conduct safeguarding investigations and promote strengths‑based practice while balancing risk and independence, with a hybrid, full-time role and a competitive salary band.

Qualifications

• A recognised social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Strong knowledge of adult social care legislation and safeguarding practices.
• Proven experience in adult social care, particularly with disabilities and mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional supervision and leadership to Community Care Officers.
• Assess needs and coordinate personalised outcomes for adults.
• Conduct adult safeguarding investigations and engage in complex decision-making.
