This role emphasizes safeguarding, multi‑agency collaboration and high-quality, relationship‑based social work with ongoing professional development opportunities through reflective supervision.

Qualifications

• Recognised social work qualification and Social Work England registration.
• Significant post-qualification experience working with children and families.
• Strong safeguarding, assessment and risk management skills.
• Experience of Child Protection, Children in Need and Care Proceedings work.
• Ability to coach, mentor and support colleagues.
• Confidence in complex decision making and multi-agency working.
• Commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities
