A leading healthcare provider in Derbyshire seeks an Advanced Practitioner to deliver high-quality patient care. Location: Covering bases across Derbyshire, including Derby, Chesterfield, and Ilkeston, with 9 other peripheral bases operating at weekends.
Working Patterns: Bank Contract, 12-month Fixed-Term Contract, covering evenings, overnights, and weekends (minimum requirement of 2 shifts per month).
Competitive salary: DHU Band 8b.0, £62,484 per annum (pro rata) with a 30% evening enhancement and 45% weekend enhancement.

Salary: £62,484 to £72,865 per year, with a 30% evening and 45% weekend enhancement.
