During the second year of employment, you will receive reflective supervision and support to aid your professional growth.

Role Focus

Concentrate on child and family-centered outcomes by ensuring timely interventions, assessing risks, and supporting safe environments for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and investigations (Section 17 and 47)
  • Develop and implement Child in Need plans
  • Collaborate with partner agencies
  • Build trusting relationships with families
  • Manage caseloads in accordance with statutory and safeguarding protocols
  • Prepare reports for planning and review
Requirements
