What You'll Be Doing
In this autonomous, clinically advanced role, you'll be at the frontline of patient triage making fast, informed decisions that directly influence outcomes. Every shift, you'll:
- Assess, diagnose, treat, or refer patients with a wide range of conditions.
- Lead on safe, effective, evidence based care in a triage setting.
- Conduct and interpret diagnostic investigations.
- Liaise with specialist services and ensure appropriate handovers/referrals.
- Maintain meticulous records in line with governance and best practice.
- Stay at the forefront of evidence-based practice and CPD.

You'll be supported by a collaborative leadership team, clear clinical governance, with the opportunity for professional development.

What We're Looking For
- Professional Registration (NMC, HCPC, or GPhC).
- Independent Prescriber (non-medical prescribing certification).
- Postgraduate Education: Minimum of two Level 7 modules, including Clinical Assessment Skills.
- Demonstrated experience in autonomous clinical decision making.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse, high performing team.
- Confidence, compassion, and clarity under pressure.
