This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to work at an advanced level as part of a specialist Hand trauma and rehabilitation team.
We are looking for an experienced Hand Therapist with expert clinical skills to play a leading role in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of patients with acute hand trauma and complex hand conditions.
This role will be part of a dynamic and forward thinking service, working alongside Orthopaedic and Plastic surgeons, an Advanced Practice Occupational Therapist, experienced and motivated Hand Therapy colleagues, and the wider multi disciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and shape the service.
We are looking for strong skills, in all four pillars of practice, to build on a culture of continuous learning and ensure that staff of all grades are given the opportunity to grow and develop through education and new experiences.
You will be working for an organisation which values and respects all of its staff and the community it serves. The Trust is a leader in the NHS and research sectors and provides excellent benefits for its employees. This includes commitments to professional development but also many policies to support employees in balancing their personal and professional lives.
