Meeveem Limited is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner for our urgent care service based at Hythe Hospital. You will work with an established team including ANPs/ACPs, Paramedics and GP registrars, under GP supervision, to deliver high-quality on-the-day care for a population of around 43,000.
The role requires autonomous practice, independent prescribing, and strong ability to work under pressure within a collaborative primary care environment.
We are seeking to recruit a positive, caring and self motivated individual to join the team at our urgent care centre. The urgent care centre is a collaborative service supported by the 3 local practices within our PCN providing on the day care for our combined population of 43,000 patients.
Patients will present with a range of acute minor illness conditions and you will be required to have a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise to provide a high quality patient assessment and plan of care.
Our Urgent Care Centre is based at Hythe Hospital. The role comes with supervision from a GP and you will be working in an experienced team of ANPs/ACPs, paramedics and GP registrars.
The successful candidate is to undertake the following responsibilities in delivering care -
Red and Green Practice has surgeries based in Hythe (Waterside) and Blackfield. Our urgent care service is based at Hythe Hospital, (next door to the Waterside site), and has been providing a collaborate on the day service for just over three years. We aim to support learning and development with regular inhouse education and supervision. The team also come together during the day providing exceptional peer support.
