Job summary

Operose Health Ltd is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our primary care network in Nottingham. You will assess patients, make clinical decisions, and lead nursing care within a general practice team.

You should be an NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice toward non-medical prescribing, have primary care experience, and hold or be working toward a Level 7 MSc. We offer a competitive salary and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice toward non-medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care
• Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner; accreditation or MSc to ACP status may be considered

Responsibilities

• Assess patients from history, clinical examination, diagnosis and treatment.
• Demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and expert care.
• Collaborate with the general practice team and provide nurse leadership as required
