Operose Health is recruiting an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner for a primary care role at The Practice Northumberland Avenue. The post offers a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience and a 37.5 hour week.

You will assess, diagnose and manage patient care, working with the practice team to deliver policy and excellent patient outcomes, with opportunities for CPD and progression.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice towards non‑medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential.
• Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner or ACP status accreditation may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, clinical decision‑making and expert care within general practice.
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs and support policies.
• Provide nurse leadership as required and support delivery of procedures.
